Marnie Al-Saraf - IFBB BIKINI PRO
Achievements
Marnie is an IFBB Bikini Pro with over a decade of bodybuilding industry experience. She turned pro on home soil at the Ben Weider pro qualifier in 2023, and then went on to immediately place 4th in the 1 Bro Pro show at her pro debut. She is known for standing out with good stage presence.
Marnie has since competed at the highest standard in the IFBB Pro League. She has stepped on stage at two of the biggest shows in our sport, The Pittsburgh Pro and New York Pro in the United States. As a pro, she has achieved consistent top 10 finishes just missing first callout and placing 7th at the Texas Pro. These experiences set her apart when it comes to mentorship and posing tuition, as she has a greater appreciation for the judging criteria and posing standards at the top! She loves to pass on all knowledge and wisdom from her pro and amateur careers to clients at every level.
Coaching Philosophy
Marnie has been a full time posing coach for 5 years, and has watched the bikini division evolve since 2014. Her expertise is extensive when it comes to understanding what her ladies need in order to succeed in the NPC, IFBB and 2 Bros Pro here in the UK. This allows her to educate effectively, providing the correct posing cues, strategy for competing, as well as other posing and styling trends.
Marnie really enjoys hosting regular posing seminars and loves giving back to the industry which has given her so much. She has worked with some of the industry’s top brands, and was invited to host Gymshark's first ever posing seminar in the run up to the British Championships alongside Mr Olympia Mens Physique champion Ryan Terry. She is a popular posing coach in the UK, with many online prep coaches recommending their clients to her for detailed advice.
Regardless of whether you are a complete beginner who has never posed before, or you are an IFBB Pro Wellness, Fit Model or Bikini athlete, Marnie would love to work closely with you on your own journey and goals for the stage! She loves attention to detail, individual choreography and finding ways to teach each athlete to suit their own learning styles. She currently works on routine choreography for pro athletes, but also nurtures first time competitors into the sport. Her colourful roster means that she knows how to communicate with athletes at every level, and she is always learning more to level up her service.

Posing check ins are a great way to regroup with Marnie after your online classes (or prior to the next one). This is a way for us to monitor your independent practice, to ensure you aren’t picking up any bad habits.
Depending on how many check ins your monthly package includes, you will send a video of your posing routine, stage walk and any other elements discussed via WhatsApp.
You will receive a personalised video response from Marnie (max 24-72h response time) detailing pointers for improvement, corrections, demonstrations and annotations where needed.

Upon joining the team with a package, you will get access to Marnie’s calendar, and you can also view her availability for pay as you go classes via the website.
Book your classes at a convenient time and receive an automated confirmation with the link to your session, as well as text reminders. These are held via Zoom and can be done from the comfort of your own home, studio or gym - as long as you have space and a working internet connection!
Immediately after your session you will receive a complementary video recording to help consolidate your knowledge. There are other tips on how to get the most out of classes on the calendar terms directly, so be sure to read these prior to booking.

YES! There is a common misconception amongst first timers (or even those who have done in person posing previously) that the best and only way to possibly learn is by relying on a posing coach to physically put you into the correct poses.
We are here to showcase the power of online posing tuition from anywhere in the world - without the burden of extra costs and time associated with travelling. 99% of the girls you see on Team Rockit have solely learned through online posing, or have done a hybrid style through the odd in person class or seminar attendance.
With the right posing coach and cues, anything is possible. Marnie has a keen eye for detail and is incredibly experienced at explaining pointers using metaphors and demonstrations to break down each pointer step by step until you feel confident!

Marnie has experience of working with first time competitors, to seasoned athletes wanting to turn pro, to ladies at the pro level. She works with all abilities and backgrounds.
She currently offers Bikini, Wellness and Fit Model (half turns/front and back pose and ¼ turn posing are available). Our team results are spread across all of these!
Due to Marnie having a decade in the bikini division, she is also experienced with the ‘oldschool’ bikini posing style - now known as the Fit Model division.

Of course - in fact, we encourage this and have ladies on the team who have just transitioned out of contest prep with no immediate show coming up.
Marnie is a huge advocate of posing all year round in order to elevate from season to season. A great place to start would be with a post show assessment, so we can identify key areas that need work during improvement season.
If you are competing for the first time, it’s important to lay foundations and give yourself extra time before prep begins (especially if you have multiple shows planned). This will allow your confidence to grow and eliminates the chance of panic setting in that you feel behind your competitors.

Marnie cannot guarantee spots will be open for packages once the height of the season hits, so if you see the option to sign up, jump in to avoid disappointment. Don’t be the girl who realised they needed a posing coach… after they’ve competed. By then, it’s too late to fix.
See your improvement / pre prep phase as a time to learn choreography, new poses and solidify your non negotiables. Prep and dieting is a time where energy is lower, so we assess the changes in your physique and make small tweaks to refine your routine if needed.

Marnie works both weekdays and weekends (unless she is at a show of course)
We have set check in days across the beginning of the week, and classes are bookable across the week both AM and PM (UK time) - this lines up with morning sessions for clients based in the US!
In person classes and seminars are only on select days, so keep an eye out for announcements, or check the pay as you go calendar for more.
