• Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.

• It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their renewal date.

To cancel a subscription, written notice must be provided prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation requests received after payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

There is currently no minimum term requirement for package signups.

2.2 No Refund Policy

All package payments are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

• Partial months

• Missed check-ins

• Unused sessions

• Change of circumstance

• Injury or illness

By purchasing, you accept this policy.

2.3 Monthly Allowance & Reset

Each package includes a defined monthly allowance (classes and/or check-ins).

• Allowance resets on your billing date.

• Unused sessions or check-ins do not roll over.

• It is the client’s responsibility to utilise their allowance within their billing cycle.

If a check-in is submitted after your renewal date, it will count toward the new billing period.

3. Check-In Policy

Check-ins must be submitted on:

• Sunday

• Monday

• Tuesday (before 11am UK time)

Check-ins submitted outside this window may be moved to the following week or billing cycle.

Clients should expect responses within 72 working hours, particularly during busy periods of the season.

Incomplete check-ins (missing videos, prompts or required information) may be returned or delayed.

4. Pay-As-You-Go Sessions

All pay-as-you-go sessions are:

• Non-refundable

If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time will not be added.

5. Class Rescheduling & Cancellation

5.1 Online Classes

• 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per session.

• Reschedules within 48 hours of session start time will result in loss of session.

• No-shows result in automatic loss of session.

5.2 In-Person Sessions

• 7 days written notice is required for reschedule consideration.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.

• During peak season, in-person sessions may be strictly non-reschedulable.

• No-shows result in automatic loss of session.

5.3 Booking Confirmation & Time Zone Responsibility

All session times are scheduled and confirmed in UK time (GMT/BST) unless otherwise specified.

Clients booking from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring their time zone is correctly selected within the booking system. The calendar provides a time zone adjustment function for this purpose.

It is the client’s responsibility to review their confirmation email and ensure the correct session time is noted.

If a session time is amended or rescheduled via written agreement (including email or WhatsApp), the updated time becomes the valid booking time, regardless of automated reminders or previous notifications.

Failure to attend the agreed session time due to time zone misalignment, outdated reminders or failure to review confirmation details will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

All sessions are non-refundable.

6. Block Bookings

Block bookings:

• Are non-refundable

• Non-transferable

If you cannot attend, this does not entitle you to a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, transfer requests may be considered at our discretion if agreed in writing prior to the event.

If an event is cancelled by Rockit Posing, a transfer or booking credit will be offered.

Event start and end times are approximate and may be adjusted where necessary.
